1. Grant of License
This Training Packet is licensed, not sold.
OzellaParalegal (“Licensor”) grants the purchasing law firm or attorney (“Licensee”) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this Training Packet for internal educational and training purposes only.
This Training Packet is licensed for internal firm use only. Ownership remains with OzellaParalegal. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is not permitted.
2. Permitted Use
Licensee may:
- Use this Training Packet to train paralegals and legal staff employed by the firm
- Download and store copies on internal firm systems
- Print copies for internal training use
- Use included templates and checklists for firm matters
- Modify templates for internal firm workflows (no redistribution)
3. Prohibited Use
Licensee may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute this Training Packet
- Share the materials outside the firm
- Upload the materials to public or shared platforms
- Remove copyright notices or branding
- Represent the materials as legal advice
- Rebrand the materials as the firm’s proprietary product without written permission

This license automatically terminates if Licensee violates any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, all copies of the Training Packet must be destroyed or deleted.

Use of this Training Packet constitutes acceptance of the terms of this License & Permitted Use Agreement.
